Bryan Cranston’s most iconic role as Breaking Bad’s Walter White saw him play a respectable figure who found himself driven to illegal behavior to help out his family – and in crime drama Your Honor, his character went on a similar path.
The first season of the drama – which is based on the Israeli show Kvodo – saw Cranston’s judge Michael Desiato go to great lengths to protect his son after he’s involved in a hit and run incident, and now it’s back for a second season.

Your Honor season 2 release date
Although the drama was initially billed as a Limited Series, the series was renewed for a second season in August 2021 – with it later being revealed that this would also be the show’s final outing.
In the US the first episode of the second run was originally set to debut on Showtime on Sunday 11th December 2020 at 9pm Eastern Time – while the entire season was intended to be made available on the channel’s streaming service two days earlier.
However, in October it was announced that the series premiere date was to be pushed back to Sunday 15th January 2023, and the streaming date to Friday 13th January 2023 with Showtime claiming that it would be better for the show to be enjoyed weekly without the interruption of the Christmas holidays.
A UK release date has not yet been revealed, but the first season arrived on Sky Atlantic and NOW a few months after its US debut and we’d expect that to be the case once again this time around. We’ll confirm that when we hear any concrete information, so keep checking this page for all the latest updates.
Your Honor season 2: What could happen?
The first season followed judge Michael Desiato as he was forced to make a series of increasingly impossible decisions, showing just how far an honourable person would go to save his son’s life. It ended with his son Adam being accidentally shot – leading to fans wondering what might happen in the follow-up season.
The synopsis provided by Showtime reads: “Carlo Baxter wants to follow in his deceased father’s criminal career as the leader of the Desire Gang, while Big Mo ( seeks to expand with help from Little Mo in the second and final season of the drama series.”

Bryan Cranston’s reprises the lead role of Michael Desiato in season two, while other returning cast members include the likes of Hope Davis, Lilli Kay, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Benjamin Flores Jr, Andrene Ward-Hammond, Jimi Stanton and Keith Machekanyanga.
Meanwhile Rosie Perez (The Flight Attendant), Margo Martindale (The Americans) and Amy Landecker (Transparent) are also all back in guest roles for the second season.
